Standard Returns Policy

We provide a 100% satisfaction, no quibble, guarantee on every garment LoveSuspenders.com sells. If you are unhappy with any of our products, return it within 14 calender days in it's original packaging, unworn with the garment labels intact and attached to the garment and we will refund or exchange.

By law and according to EU Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 7 Working Day "cooling-off" period from the day the order was received. If you decide that you would like to return the order during this time you will receive a FULL refund including outward delivery costs. Please ensure that you receive and retain a dated proof of shipping receipt from the postal service.

If the return is outside the 7 Working Day "cooling-off" period but within the 14 day returns period you will still be entitled to a refund, however if the return was not due to an ordering error on our part then the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

If a package is returned to LoveSuspenders.com by Royal Mail as "not collected" we reserve the right to charge if the customer requests a re-delivery.

To return an items use the following process:

Remove the Returns label from the invoice you were sent and attach to the packaging.
Post the package back to us, where possible please request a certificate of posting, this will allow the package to be tracked. Note: All postage costs must be paid by the customer returning the goods.
If outside the European Union, please class the package as Returned Items for customs purposes.

When will I receive my replacement or refund ?

If you request a refund, then your account will be credited within 10 working days of receipt of the goods by LoveSuspenders.com, please note that the refund may take several days to show in your debit/card statement after LoveSuspenders have refunded you for the returned items, this is outside the control of LoveSuspenders and is simply due to delays with card processors in general.
If you request a replacement, then please allow normal delivery times for the replacement to arrive back with you after receipt of the goods by LoveSuspenders.com.
